Radhika C is a licensed practitioner with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with a Diploma in Special Education - Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) encompassing conditions like Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD). She has been working with students with diverse learning needs and disabilities for over 10 years. She has worked one-on-one with students who were diagnosed with ASD, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), at a special needs organisation in Bengaluru. She also has experience working with students focusing on their readiness to admit them into mainstream schools.
Rathna Vasudev is a special educator who is certified with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) (Diploma in Special Education – Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) who also has a Certificate in Learning Disabilities from the Spastics Society of Karnataka, Bengaluru. She has worked in an inclusive educational unit with students who have learning disorders and were functioning until 15 years of age. She has experience of a decade of working one-on-one with students and 3 years of experience working with students diagnosed with learning disabilities. Rathna also has a year of experience with students diagnosed with multiple disabilities at a special education NGO in Bengaluru.
